Great quality good value for money
Second time ordered very good service and quality. Only criticism isn't with this company but the Amazon delivery driver who just left the fence panels outside my house before 8am without letting us know. Had no knock on the door or even email to say it was coming when it did and someone could have easily stolen them.

amazing quality
having a few problems with the neighbors so brought these to add some privacy between us and have had lots of comments from other neighbors to say how amazing they look and how they will be purchasing these as its a discreet way of adding privacy

Great panels
Found these on Amazon after looking at other options online. Purchased 3 panels for infilling sides and rear of newly constructed garden pergola. Nice quality, decent price and have done the job. Happy with these.

Never even left the truck due to poor condition.£60 not refunded after 7 days since returning. I can’t believe the wood was so soft and used to build a screen panel. It wouldn’t last a week. Come on Premier Gardens Ltd, I was so disappointed!!!

Exceptionally poor quality finish
Given this 5 stars purely for the exceptional poor quality of finish.MOST certainly not “planned smooth finish”, as claimed by Premier Garden Supplies.Contacted Premier Garden Supplies and the lady said she had seen the panels sent to me!!!!!Clearly then they just send out any panel in what ever condition, but most certainly not planned smooth finish as they claim and also indicate by their images on this page.Totally mis-leading customers.Have now checked on Premier Garden Supplies own website (not their page on Amazon), and it turns out that they in fact sell some of this type trellis as ``seconds``, which according to their own website ``are panels rejected by their Quality Control.CONCLUSION, the panels they tried to ``flog me were in fact seconds which their Quality Control had failed to spot OR they try to sell ``seconds to Amazon but charge Customers the full price for perfect panels`` ?
