Beautiful Furniture, Bad Delivery Experience
These loungers are absolutely beautiful. They are also very heavy and sturdy. They well last a long time. They are wider then I imagined so measure your space before purchasing if your space is limited. With that said, either Amazon or Wholesale Teak should do a better job of telling the customer the difference between Freight and Regular shipping with UPS. The very large 48 ft long trailer shows up at my house, has difficulty getting all the way to my driveway (I live on a loop) and the man has no ramp, no lift gate or dolly to move the 430 pounds of furniture (two loungers, two rocking chairs, two side tables) off of his truck. After arguing with his dispatch (she acted as if I use fright shipping on a regular basis and should know how it works) we finally agreed to take the furniture off the skid, while inside the truck, make the boxes individually pieced and I helped him carry them, one at a time, to my front porch. The other option was to send the furniture back to the company and have them ship it a different way. Well I was not doing that.I hired a handyman to do the assembly which took him about 5-6 hours for all six pieces by himself. He stated that the directions were crap, but he had assembled enough furniture over the years he could figure it out. He stated that the hardware was "good stuff". While he did put it together by himself, he did have help moving the boxes from front porch to back deck where the furniture was to be placed. Again, very heavy stuff. He also recommended wood glue in the places where the tongue and grooves met. I agreed as he seemed knowledgeable. I am guessing it would have taken me days to do this by myself. One do to the size and two due to the weight. I live in KY and this furniture has already made it through a funnel cloud (85 mile an hour winds) and never moved an inch. I suppose that is a good selling point as well.UPDATE May 2017.....My furniture is now several years old as its now 2017 and its not holding up so well. There are cracks in the legs where the wheels are and the chairs are going to just end up without wheels when they finally break. The side tables and rocking chairs are getting wobbly and not holding together so well at this point. So much for forever.

Terrible quality and durability
They have great customer service. However the product quality is so very bad. And at the price point I paid, unacceptable. My last outpost set from lasted 13 years and it was a cheap (but elegant) set from Sears. This one was showing cracks and signs of aging within MONTHS.Now after just a few years the dowels are popping out, the wood is cracked all over, and it looks all so old and aged that I want to get rid of it all.I bought this chaise, plus a Canberra table and 6 chairs. Plus 2 side tables. I spent thousands ($4000) for all this. Never again. The wood they use must be of very low quality. Perhaps initially it was good wood? Not what they gave me just 3 years ago. Very poor.

Love the chairs
Love the chairs, great quality. My only complaint is that the holes didn't line up on one chair, making it very difficult to assemble. Took over an hour for one and my husband still need to do some more work on it, while the other one only took about 10 minutes.

Excellent in Every Way!
Gorgeous, well-constructed, sturdy, and a delight to have. We ordered cushions for this, and it's just beautiful.

Good quality product and value
I did substantial research before deciding on this chair but I was still a little hesitant to buy it based on only one online review. I took delivery in February 2015 and I'm initially very happy with the quality/value. As the previous reviewer states it feels 'substantial' and of good quality. While it is more expensive than many of the mass market teak chaises you can find online, the quality is much better than what I found in the $100-600 range. Typically a chair of this quality sells for $1500-2000 (plus) based on my own findings. A couple of things not obvious from the picture and descriptions....the chair is relatively long/wide. I'm 6'3", 220 lbs. and it easily accommodates my fat ass. The seemingly concave slats you see in picture appear virtually flat in person. The under mount table slides easily and is designed so that it can be used on either side of the chair. The chair comes almost completely assembled and took about 15-20 minutes to complete. Only suggestion I can make to the company at this point is to update the quality of the small metal name plate. It looks very thin and probably not befitting the overall quality of this chair. We plan to buy three more for around the pool now that we're confident of the good value/quality. I'll update the review once we've lived with them for awhile this summer.Edit 4/15 - Same exact chair is sold by Rest. Hardware for 1995 but theirs doesn't even have the sliding tray underneath!!! Mark up much RH???!!!
