These are fine tablets doing what they say. I do wish they were a little smaller though and coated. Their size is lager than my last variety of MSM and they are not smooth coated for easy swallowing, so you really need something slippery to take them with. Gulp!

MSM is extraordinary stuff for joint pain, particularly arthritis.I've been taking these for pain after a dislocated thumb, and they've certainly helped.These are, as others have mentioned, massive and genuinely hard to swallow. They're actually the first tablet I've ever struggled to get down.Halving or even quartering them with a pill cutter is highly recommended.Also, it may well help with absorption.

Great product but the tablets will stick to throat during swallowing because the tablets are very dry.I find the best solution is to break the tablets in half which is very east to do and then drink some water but do not swallow the water then swallow one half of the tablet and let the water and tablet mix together in your mouth for about 20 to 30 second and then swallow. You will find this method works very well for digesting these large and dry tablets.You could also break the tablets in half and place in a cup with some water to dissolve the tablets then drink solution.....

Had to swap my usual msm tablets as amazon hasn't been selling them for a while. These are awful, so big and hard to swallow. I cut it in half and still almost choked.

Excellent, reliable service and products. I've used Nutravita for Vitamin D and Magnesium before. Decided to try MSM as was having awful pains in my joints since the winter began. The pains have reduced slightly after a few tablets so hopefully will continue to give relief the longer I take them. The tablets are quite big but really easy to break in half and swallow. I would always turn to Nutravita for any supplements, the trust factor is there with their products and service.

Of all the supplements I take these are the most difficult to swallow as they are tablets (not capsules) and are very large. I’ve taken a picture with a stamp so you can get an idea of size. It’s too early to say whether they are making a difference but I do always need a full glass of water to get the tablet swallowed fully. They are much bigger than any tablet I’ve ever taken.
