Your question was posted, I'm don't see why yournreview been wouldn't be. If your product stopped working after 3 days there should be no problem getting a refund if you filed it immediately through Amazon. I highly doubt they will pay you for your trip to UPS though.

Yes there is. Go to the buyers name and it will pop up. I had to buy one after my dog chewed threw it. Make sure it’s tight enough so that they can get there jaws under it

For my dog I would say no. But he doesn't whine for long. And his whining only starts when he gets the vibration/beep after trying to bark. He's a slow learner but he is learning.
