These were absolutely awful. I’ve ordered them before and I’ve never had this problem where they come apart and the stick won’t come off your skin when you put them on.

They were too large for my small shoulders. Very hard to adjust. I had to send them back.

As I have sloping shoulders due to osteoarthritis and back surgery I felt I needed them to help my shoulders.The only problem was not enough information to know how to fit them .They are extremely well made, different colors help towards color top you have. I just need to know which way to ware them , shown pictures show upward, downward and sideways but not specific enough for me . In my day they were made into what you bought.
