Trinidad Moruga Scorpion 6 Dried Peppers

These are really tasty but I was disappointed when I realized they were mostly de-seeded after opening the package. There were a few seeds laying around inside the peppers and the bag. I grind them up to make sauce and it would have been nice to have the seeds for the potency. I know it says it in the description but the seller should really put it in the title.

I ordered these peppers because I wanted a challenge, and that is exactly what I got. A few of my more ballsy friends and I decided to have a competition to see who could last the longest without getting water/milk after chewing one for 10 seconds. INSTANT REGRET. These peppers are literally the hottest thing I have ever eaten to the point where I was fighting my friends for the ice in the fridge not more than 15 seconds after we swallowed. We actually ran out of ice and milk before the flames in our mouths and stomachs were quenched and the next hour was filled with agonizing pain and suffering. The tears would not stop flowing and my clothes were soaked with sweat. I think I may have passed out at one point because there is a large gap in my memory. I had always wondered, like many do, what eating one of the world's hottest peppers would feel like. Now I know and I could NOT handle it. If you want to order some hot peppers whether it's for a dare or legitimate cooking needs, look no further. May God have mercy on your soul.

They were amazing! Didn't want to get them from some mass producer because I was afraid they wouldn't be as hot. I deffinaty made the right choice, they were extremely hot, and very larger. If you are looking for a serious pepper.... look no farther (:

they came broken up some.. werent as HOT as thought. but they had a really great flavor and works well in chocolate! YUM

Heated debateOk have to admit, after reading the reviews and seeing the prices for Trinidad Moruga Scorpion seeds (especially the reviews where they said the seeds weren't for the right kind of peppers), figured I'd get whole pods since if the pepper looks like the thing, the seeds are probably the thing.Well as male aversion to reading instructions would have it, the fine print said they were de-seeded. The good news is, not completely, got about 60 wayward seeds from the pods. Stories have it they're hard to germinate, will be getting a germination tray, etc. but waiting for spring so the little devils can go outside once sprouted.Following instructions (a little more carefully) wore plastic gloves while handling the product. At one point brushed the side of my face with the back of my hand and could feel the heat even from that casual of contact. Planning to send a little care package of the dried product to my brother to melt (or at least thaw) his cold, cold heart. ;-)

That's the only way I can describe these. They are ridiculously hot. I am not a connoisseur of chilies btw. So the difference between a drop of Mad dog .357 hot sauce (675,000 Scoville) and a small piece of these is lost on me. At that heat, all I can say is "Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!" This being said, you will also get a near instant high from the endorphins trying to manage the mayhem in your mouth. I felt euphoric for about 30 minutes after ingesting some of these. Also, my bag came with a bunch of seeds. While I don't grow my own, it's nice to know that I can reproduce this evil if I want to.So, be warned, these are the real deal. If you want bragging rights, this is a lot easier than running an Iron Man or going to the running of the bulls.

I've ordered these a few times and was glad to find the same seller post-pandemic. The individual peppers are a bit smaller than my last order but there were more peppers per bag so no issues. All peppers were whole - no crumbs/pieces.
