Made some fine tiramisu with these bad boys. James Hoffman’s recipe if you want restaurant-quality at home. Very dry so it absorbs coffee well, you get quite a bit for what you pay.I used saltine crackers in the past and that triggered my guest’s gag reflex.

I only use these for tiramisu. They have a crispy texture so they can hold more moisture without falling apart or getting too soggy.

I have purchased it for several times to make tiramisu and all of them came in great condition. It is not too sweet or too dry.
