This vitamin is taken once daily, and I do want to note that it's quite large. If you have any difficulty with swallowing pills, you might consider cutting it in half for easier ingestion..

Love this vitamin as it doesn't make me feel sick when I take it. some others have either too much zinc or too much iron. This one is just right!
