5.5V Adapter for Panasonic Phone
The open-circuit voltage shows as about 10.5 Volts instead of the stated 6.5 volts, and I wanted to return it. But as an experiment I connected it to the phone and it seems to work well and the on-load voltage probably drops down to the rated 5.5V.
