I like this product very much. I wonder if it was used because it had been opened and the top pot back on so primer was semi leaking.

Not a bad primer
It's not bad,but you definitely need to make sure you're using it on the right kinda of surface and will it being transparent be an issue

Great Primer for Custom Painting
I’m really happy with this product! I enjoy custom painting figures and needed a good primer. After applying a thin coat, I was impressed with the results. Nice Concrete Primer
Purchased to prime concrete stepping stones before painting. Went on smooth and is holding up well so far!

Won't stick if water gets on it.
Sticks great to plastic and rubber. Used it to keep rubber on safety glasses. A good glue-like sealer. But, I put water on the glasses to clean them and the primer turned back to white and stopped holding and peeled right off.
