My acupuncturist recommended this for muscle cramp and it has worked fantastically well for me.My cramps were less intense after the first day and diminished to nothing in a week or so.

Definitely helps with PCOS. I have taken 8 pills twice a day when my PCOS acts up for a few weeks and I'm right back on track. Please note that they're not some magic drug if you don't eat well and limit your sugar you have to do all three.

These pills were a little high maintenance for me. Having to take 8 pills three times a day is a bit much. Should consider consolidating the dose into one pill 3 times a day. Paying way to much for something that only lasts a week, maybe two of you skip doses just doesn't seem worth it.

pcos miracle! I used these to reduce high test and LH levels. worked within 3 days. I ovulated naturally while taking these and plan on taking them every month. I take 16 pearls 2x a day and that seems to be the most effective dose for me. for ten days i use about two bottles, worth every penny to me.

They didn’t do anything for menopause like I had hoped. Each time they sent a different pill-which was sketchy. Plus you have to take so many a day-it’s not really worth the price. Way too expensive for what you get.

I read somewhere that these could help with PCOS. I hadn't gotten my period naturally in about 10-11 months and my husband and I were trying for a baby. After about a month of taking these (8 pills, 3x/day as directed on the bottle) I got my period. 5 months later I got pregnant with my son!

Effective for leg cramps, but use caution as licorice can raise blood pressure if you have that problem.
