Q: Would these work for mini pot pies?

I am sure they would. You would have to serve them on a study little plate, cause they are really wobbly. The sides don’t dip in but the whole think is Not sturdy. You also need to cook on a cook sheet or you won’t be able to get them out of oven. They are floppy!

Q: Can you use them in an Instant Pot?

All silicone forms can be used in Instant Pot.

Q: is it narrower at the bottom or totally straight cylinder shape?

The ones I got were totally straight, I did have an issue with some of them not being round. I think because some where folded in inside of one another. By the time I used them for baking they seemed to be okay, not perfect. Also, FYI .... I did not grease them before putting in cake batter... it was a mistake... cake stuck to bottom.

Q: What is the interior diameter?

They are pretty small. I make a meat loaf for two in the bread pan. I have muffin pan and oblong loaf pans. I made a veggie egg casserole in the little loaf. Side for two people.
