I’m giving this product five ⭐️ because of their customer service and support response & I love the look and features of this product. When a very small plastic plug that covers an Allen wrench servicing area on the faucet head was lost I reached out and they sent me a new one along with other nice faucet parts free of charge! I currently don’t need the add’l parts they sent but I will keep as perhaps sometime I will.I mentioned to them that I noticed since installed that the sprayer does heat up when using hot water but I’m used to it and look out for that issue. Although not ideal, I love the aesthetics of it too much to really bother me. They said they are in process of addressing this with a sleeve or something and they’ll send it out once that’s sorted out.

Compre este grifo el 1 de enero 2023 y tengo un año y algunos meses hoy estamos a mayo 14 del 2024 y para mi es el mejor grifo que e comprado, no tengo queja y funciona muy bien, me encanta la idea de que tengo el filtro integrado , asi no tengo espacio ocupado en mi fregadero. Es la mejor compra que he hecho aun que al principio para intalar el filtro que va debajo del fregadero tuvimos que comprar otra manguerita extra y este año y meses que tengo usandolo , no he tenido ninguna clase de problemas. Espero que este comentario ayude a tener una idea clara , para tomar su decision

I am going to start off with my family loved this Faucet. I loved the pot filler and the RO part. I did have to get a couple of couplers to connect the hoses to my shutoff valves. Nothing major, just had to make an extra trip to the Home Depot.All things were great for about 3 months. Then my daughter was doing dishes and boom and water is spraying straight up and my daughter quickly turned off the handle. Quite a bit of water everywhere so some cleanup followed. I'm just glad that someone was around the faucet when it happened. We leave the faucet with pressure in it all the time. I try to remember to turn it off before bed or before we leave. That doesn't always happen.I contacted the Seller and they did respond quickly. There response for a Product that Failed was to have me replace the hose on my own and just sent me a picture of the nut to remove to replace the hose........I told them, I'm not replacing a hose on a 3 month old faucet.They did say they were going to refund me. I haven't got it yet.Stay away! Loved it till it blew up!

Pro:1. Set the water temp and pressure at the handle and the sprayer or faucet are always ready to be independently operated.2. The tension on the sprayer is perfect. If easily finds it way into the holder and settles evenly.Gold finish goes beautifully with my MCM high gloss kitchen.3. Combined outlets mean less clutter on the sink.4. Very affordable.Cons:1. A unique gold finish that makes accessories like soap dispenser or air switch more challenging.2. The spigot arm is a little short. This meant that I had to mount the faucet off-center or else it wouldn't reach to fill pots. This is understandable because if the arm were longer then the sprayer would have to be bumped out farther to avoid collision. That would make it protrude too far into the sink, IMO.

Looks great & love the 3 functions more than I originally thought :) Did NOT want two faucets on counter or to drill another hole in counter! Great solution!!!

Debating on the replacement... leaks from the main faucet handle. The sprayer gets really hot, too hot to hold.
