Q: right brake won't stay locked, how can it be fixed?

Right brake won't stay locked on mine either!!!

Q: seat heighth from the ground seems to vary from 22" to 24" yet the seat is fixed. So how high is the seat from the ground with 8" wheels? and then 6"

The walker weighs less than ten pounds. I pick it up several times a day to put it into the trunk of the car.My trunk is small being a sub compact Nissan Sentra, but it fits just so!
