1. Packaging was nice, though bit damaged from top right corner in 1000 km long journey from Maharashtra to Delhi, but thanks to Internal Thick Thermocol for saving the Product.2. Product is Superb, Big enough to split screen and do multi-tasking simultaneously3. Comes with 5 Preset viewing mode such as Standard, Internet, Games, Easy Read, and LowBlue mode, which can further be customized.4. Comes with different refresh rate, 50Hz is good for normal Reading, regular surfing, coding, programming whereas High Refresh rate of 75Hz is available for detailed work like Graphics Designing.5. Flexible stand to adjust viewing angle, which is little bit tight initially but works fine later.6. Do not forget to bring down Sharpness, Brightness and Contrast Rate manually on monitor If you want to safeguard your eye and want to use this for longer period of time.7. Do Register product on Philips website, and don't forget to install respective drivers from their site.

Review after 3 months use:Sharpness/Clarity - 4 1080p movies look good. Not tested with 4k movie - hence not sure.Brightness - 4 Too much bright. I have reduced the brightness to almost minimum.Color calibration - 4 Has scope for improvement.Web browsing - 5 As it is 75 hz, web browsing experience is smooth. I have AMD processor which automatically detected the screen resolution & switched from 60 hz to 75 hz.Stand - 4 Does not tilt down. It can only move the face up. Also No height adjustment. But the stand material is very strong & steady.HDMI cable - provided is of good quality material. I have not used the VGA cable provided.Backlight bleeding - Very less for an IPS panel.Blacks are really dark - 5I had a Samsung Syncmaster 940BW 19" VA panel monitor before. It lasted for more then 15 yrs before its stand broke. I still have a Philips lcd tv bought more than 8 yrs ago - never gave any problems till now. So I had decided to buy either a Philips or Samsung. Acer has lot of backlight bleeding problems.Tip : Download SmartControl app from Philips website. This way you can change the display brightness, contrast, gamma, etc without having to touch the monitor panel buttons. The app also has preset display settings - Movie, Read mode, etc

Like the affordable cost and packaging

Really really great monitor. Great blacks. And probably the best contrast ratio(4000:1) in the under 15k category.Con: whites aren't as perfect.(but most monitors under 15k and maybe 20k are like this)Also recommendation to everyone reading: it's not worth buying a 24inch monitor that's 1080p. Go for a 22inch 1080p. It's the same reason 6inch phones need 1080p. The pixel density makes a real big difference. Also,Va displays have the best contrast ratios and much better response times than ips. After doing lot of research you will find that modern VAs are the best choice. And this Philips one is truly worth it.Philips seems like the best deal here.

Better than any IPS monitors available for same price range. Also note 75Hz refresh rate. Though not much of a difference, still you can feel it while gaming. And the transition of colour Is so smooth and eventual that it feels like live change. Philips simply rocks. I want them to produce more and more quality products like this.I liked the black and white mode in the settings!

We got the monitor without the base stand - we got the first one replaced and still it did not have the base (round) stand - how is a monotor supposed to work without a stand ?
