Q: How do I use this product?

Use it at the beginning of your shower. Wash your hair, then squeeze a nickel size amount in your hand , rub your hands together, then starting at the ends rub in and work up to the scalp. Leave on while you shower, then rinse it out last. I also mix a small amount with hot water in a small spritz bottle and use it as leave -in conditioner. You only have to use the hot water the first time, each subsequent use, just shake well before spritzing. Dry your hair and use any styling tool you want!!

Q: Can I use this every day as my conditioner or is it a hair mask and used 1-3 times a week?

I use this as a hair mask before every wash (3 times per week.) I have very dry brunette and graying hair. I comb it through my dry hair and place a shower cap over my head before getting in the shower. While washing the rest of me I let the steam of the shower help the product do it's magic. I completely rinse the product out then shampoo and condition as usual. It leaves my hair soft and shiny but not over conditioned. Make sure you completely rinse it out. Since using for the last 2 years I have had so many complements about my hair. My hair looks better at age 61 than ever before. My long time hair dresser agrees.

Q: This looks different than the Joico luster lock. Is it a different product or is it the same?

It is different. It is used in the shower and rinsed out. It is a deep conditioner. My hair has never been healthier.

Q: Has anyone who bought this off here, compared it to Ultas or in salon ones and can vouch its the real deal!?

I know what you mean! Just happened to me with a framesi hair color. But this specific Joico K-pak is amazing as you may know and yes is the real deal at least from this seller. I know réplicas from a mile and hair products are my thing so I am sure it’s the real deal. I bought it hesitantly because not a good idea to buy hair, makeup, creams, perfumes online. Again, this seller is the real deal. Buy with confidence.
