Sony Wireless Noise-Cancelling Over-The-Ear Headphones WH-CH710N - Black (Renewed)

I. LOVE. THESE. HEADPHONES. They work perfectly for me and my needs, and have a really cute sleek look if you want bigger headphones that don’t look too bulky on your head. The noise canceling feature works great too, at about 1/4 the full volume I cannot hear when my family is trying to speak to me (maybe keep one ear off around family). The only issue is that if you are the type to wear them all the time, they will eventually (after about one year) break at the part where they fold. I ended up using nail glue to glue it back together, which melted the plastic and kind-of welded it. I’m sure superglue would have the same effect. They still work as headphones but they do not fold for easy transportation anymore, and I have to be very careful when lying down with them on or other similar things.

Works as advertised/expected.

These headphones have pretty good sound and battery life.I got these as Refreshed or refurbished (or what ever language was used).Noise canceling(Noise canceling OFF)They do not blockout outside noise very well. First of all I’ve used other Sony over-the-ear and on-ear headphones (without any noise canceling) and other models block out ambient noise slightly better than these headphones do with noise canceling off.Noise canceling ONThe noise canceling is pretty weak on these headphones, but it does work slightly.Having said that, I didn’t buy them for the noise canceling feature.Control ButtonsI don’t particularly like the buttons on these headphones. It’s not easy to “feel” the difference between the play/pause button and the volume buttons. I also don’t like them way you click the play button to skip and rewind songs vs a separate toggle button.

I use them Every. Day. Good for regular use to watch videos, listen to music, and watching movies. Comfortable and i love how it cancels out background noise like AC, noises outside a closed room, and outside noises. Battery lasts a long time too! Charging is quick and no damage has been done in like a year of use.

I previously had the Sony WH-C510 ones but one of the ear sides broke and was hanging off the headpiece. I decided to do a slight upgrade because I enjoy wearing these in public with no audio to help with anxiety. These headphones are nearly 100% noise cancelling before turning them on! They’re much more comfortable than the previous pair and I think they are worth the extra price. Only thing I wish is they came with a hard case but I will be sure to be more careful lol

Battery life is phenomenal! However, everything else is subpar. Not very comfortable, hard to store since it doesn't fold and the noise canceling is terrible. I'm fine with the purchase since it was restored and slightly cheaper but I would not buy this at full price.

I recently purchased these over the ear headphones to give my inner ears a break from my Apple Airpods, which are a quality product. Considering the company and how little I planned on using them, the price made sense. Unfortunately, I got what I paid for. Even though they fit comfortably around my ear, the poor design and materials completely defeats the purpose of getting quality sound. With every step I took, with every head turn or tilt... the squeaky hinges and creaky plastic superseded the sound in the headphones.Imagine buying a car, with the hopes it gets you from point A to point B... but the poor design only allows it to drive in circles. It has comfy seats, and bluetooth capabilities, as well as a fancy name brand, but alas... the one thing you really want it for -- to drive -- it's incapable of. These are the headphone version of that car.I'm going to the mall to check out AirPod Max's in hopes that the price point will pay off in the long run.Skip yourself the hassle of having to box these up and going to UPS to return them.
