These are excellent for the park rest rooms at the KC Ball Fields.

Great buy for the money 4 stares for no instructions to adjust timer
Works as described. Wish it hade instructions to adjust timer. Other wards great item. Be sure to buy base plate as well.. only required cold water

Mounting base
The mounting base is too small or missing base flange. Fixture quality is cheep and will not stand up to commercial use.

Worked great for a last minute fix.
At my campground, one of the original bathroom time stop faucets jammed. Luckily I was able to slap this in without much issue. One major downside is: it's small and there isn't a bracket for it. However, this can be remedied by adding all the gaskets and tightening it real good. Doesn't look perfect but it works.After installation, it took a day or two for the time part to start. It would be instant on or off., so don't be surprised of that's the case.
