I agree and since I do not have a laser printer I used a magic marker

That is what I did on the labels with a permanent magic marker. Worked great. These are solid labels and work well in a complex wiring scheme with the different colors.

Q: How do these attach to the cable or do they slide up and down on the cable?

They are stickers, so they stick on and don't slide. Easy to apply and works perfect for our family.

Q: can i order just one color?
