Wonky, but it’s something!
It works fine, but the reviews weren’t wrong the inputs are all colored wrong! I have a Roku TCL TV and just like others, I wanted to connect my Wii. After troubleshooting and going through reviews, I found this order worked for me.(Yellow to yellow, white to red, and red to white)Very confusing at first but hey, at least it worked in the end!

Works great for the AUX input on my Pioneer DMH-WT3800NEX car stereo.

Defective manufacturing
The yellow and white connectors were swapped. I was trying to convert old videos and I couldn't understand why I had a loud buzzing sound but no video. Finally tried swapping the connections and sure enough, swapping yellow and white fixed it. Typical cheap garbage with zero quality control.
