Q: I'm going to make wine bottle tiki torches. I am ordering these wicks. My question is how do you keep the wick from falling into the bottle?

They are pretty long...but you have a twist off cap, make the hole small enough to hold the wick tight. In other words, you have to use wine bottles that don't have corks. Hope this helps!

I would suggest an oil candle for burning indoors or a Firefly 3/8" fiberglass wine bottle wick. In any case, a well-ventilated is area always desirable as you will probably be using a petroleum-based fuel. Take a look at the reviews for Firefly Paraffin Lamp Oil.
