Q: Hi all - What is the differance between conecting load to controller or connecting load directly t battery?

Nothing really. Some controllers have a a load connection on the controller that will, cut the load before the battery runs flat but this controller doesn't have that

Q: Temparature sensor? when conected to controller where do you connect the other end of the temp sensor? and is it worth buying? thanks

The temperature sensor should be located next to the battery - the charger will reduce the charge if the battery starts to overheat. The sensor can be cable tied in place if required. Are they worth having? It's another nod to safety but depending on the size of panel and battery not always necessary.
