Q: How does the frame receive photos, does I have it’s own email address ?

Hello. Yes, each frame has it's own unique email address and there is also a free app (iOS and Android) that will allow you to send photos quickly and easily from your mobile phone. Thank you.

Q: How do you install the included white mat?

There are little thumb screw felt pads on the back that come out. You can also leave the outer piece and mattes off entirely for a more modern slim frame.

Q: does it automatically change photos on intervals?

The intervals have to be selected. Go to frame settings, Screensaver, select interval of time 30 seconds, 1min. etc.

Q: Does someone that wants to send pictures to the frame have to download the app?

No. They can send via email instead.
