The media could not be loaded. Battery+Wire operated, though found some problems in installation. After 2 weeks of use, can recommend, nice performance. Not annoying at all. Quality is nice plastic material. Lights up when bell is rung. Doesn't consume much power. Very good deal for a nice bell at low cost.

Sound though loud bit harsh.

I have a very loud ding dong bell which I found was extremely irritating. VOLtORb bird sound was a great replacement I now have different melodies of bird music eveytime, I am more than pleased with the purchase.Please buy 2 AA batteries with the purchase, you might need an electrician to hook it up, if you are unlike me with a Tool sets, tapes and other hardware kits available with you

My idea of buying this was to not have door bell that will not startle you - but this one's volume is very high and some of the tunes are like background music of some horror movie.

Good product at affordable cost.

I put the cells after buying and installing. Found the bell operates on its own without pressing the switch. Checked the bell and switch wiring which is ok and no short randomly. Bell operates when pressed. But it also operates randomly, even at midnight. I am forced to disable the bell at night to avoid false alarms. Have to throw away this piece as it appears to have a fault and the time is beyond Amazon's return policy.

Music is bird chirping. Plays in a loop of 3-4 types.
