I very much like the ability to shape the soft wafer myself, instead of needing to cut a hole, etc.It's very soft and feels better against my skin than the other two piece wafers.Unfortunately, I won't be able to use this product again because my urostomy stoma is quite flat, especially on the "draining side", not distended from my body. So there's not enough stoma to wear the little stoma 'turtle neck" the soft wafer is designed to make. This is the first time I've wished for a longer stoma because I would definitely use these.

They seemed like the perfect solution, but these are awful. I went through 5 in 5 days because the seal seriously melted. Very poor material. I ended up bleeding and with inflamed, red skin around my stoma because this seal does NOT work. Please don’t buy this. I don’t want to see anyone else injured by this product. It will cause the skin around your stoma to burn and bleed. STAY AWAY.

Hollister colostomy supplies are the easiest to use & reliable to wear. (& we have tried a bunch of different brands). Delivery was prompt; no unpleasant surprises.
