The media could not be loaded. I like the precut product it worked good and has stayed on I put this on yesterday and my dog and I took a walk it held on , worked as should have , controlled the pain where I needed it and I fell asleep with it on and now is the next day and still holding tight.I would recommend

It seemed to fit its purpose, but it would not stick to my knee. It may have been because I had not moisturizer dry enough after shower.

Don't waste your money. It's cheap and thin.
Tape was thin, cheap and only lasted 30 minutes. Not enough adhesive to stay in place. My recommendation for you is to just go buy the name brand KT tape bc it will actually stick. Don't bother with this product, seriously. I want my money back.

Easy to Use Taping Kit
These strips were easy to apply and they stick really well. They worked pretty well as a knee support without having a bulky brace on. You can barely feel them on your skin - they are very comfortable. It takes them a while to dry off after swimming or bathing. Do not try to rip them off - they need to be carefully removed a little at a time (keeping the skin pressed firmly down with a finger as you remove it). The 6 strips enclosed will allow you to do the pictured full knee support 2 times. Each application (as shown on the package cover) takes 3 full strips.
