Amazing! Great Product for Custom Projects!
5 STARS! 10 STARS!! I purchased this hoping i could somehow use it as a soft and custom holder for my video game controllers. It is PERFECT! It exceeded my expectations thus far. I was able to create a custom holder for my game controllers. I attached some pictures. The foam was very easy to customize. Definitely look at their video first to see how you should use it. I was also able to add some foam under the controllers to make a perfect fit. The foam is more dense and more sturdy than I expected, which was a huge plus. Also, the pieces that you dont puncture out, are pretty sturdy. I was worried that they would peel away too, but I don't see that happening. It is a very dark grey, just as an FYI. I'm extremely happy and would highly recommended it for a variety of custom projects. I dont do a lot of miniatures, but I could see how it would be ideal for that. Or if you get the shallow 1-2 inch height versions, you could use it for a custom board game insert. Ill update my review in a few months if things change.

Easy to Use
I got two of these. I used one to make a safe place to store my Nintendo Switch Joycon holders and the other to cushion my Blue Yeti Pro. I loved using it for both. It was easy to pull the squares out and the stickiness on the bottom keeps the foam in place in the cases I used. I have never used foam before unless it came with the product. It holds my Nintendo stuff snug. I can hold the case upside down while open and nothing in the foam has fallen out thus far. I can’t really make a round shape which I thought would be a problem but it wasn’t. Even round things fit fine in the square spaces. That said, I did cut it with an Exacto knife for my Yeti microphone. It was very easy to slice it but of course I had to cut it piece by piece to get the leverage I needed to do the sawing motion. I would definitely buy again to cushion other things with a custom foam shape!

Umm..it's not a Tray and has no bottom...
This was described poorly I think... just be warned, there is no bottom to this. Literally when you pluck out the foam squares, it creates a hole through the entire piece. So... unless you have foam or cardboard bases to stick to these...whatever you put in the foam will just fall right through. I don't get the design here... I can't even agree that this item should be called a "tray" since there is no base. It's just a slab of foam, that has preferrated pieces.

Great Product fits Warhammer 40k Products
This product is great and fits my 3 old school Metal penitent engines with ease. This case also fits in the Feldherr Maxi Figure Case, which is super nice. Cheap and easy storing solution/carrying case for my army.

Exactly what I needed
Was the exact size of a case I had that I was looking for a high quality foam for. Nice and thick, easy to pick and pluck. Best price for foam this thick. Perfect.

Works great
Works great, can be a little tricky when having only one row of foam between compartments, but once you get the hang of how to separate them, its easy.

Barely useable
I bought 2 blocks because I needed to have a single block big enough for storing a piece of electronic equipment in a metal carry-case. My plan was to glue the 2 together. Not one side was cut square. An amateur, in a hurry, with a foam knife must have done the cutting, or maybe these were scraps. All sides were either cut at an angle (slanted from top to bottom) and/or were scalloped (curving in/out from top to bottom). I was able to get the blocks glued together evenly as seen from the top center seam, but at only one of the top intersections where the vertical and horizontal edges of the 2 blocks meet is there a smooth, straight seam across the middle and straight, even corner edge along the side.Whether I'm able to use the joined blocks remains to be seen.
