I have needed a replacement foam roller for awhile but kept putting it off, I've worn down my past foam rollers so much they're literally flattened 🫠I decided to look around for what I might benefit from the most and as soon as I saw this Triggerpoint one with patent pending design I was sold lmao especially because it looked like I wasn't going to be able to flatten this one anytime soon!I wasn't too sure if I should have started with the longer one but I felt I would get the most drastic affect from this one which I can definitely say it delivers 👏 I am now very interested in completing my set and getting the longer one for less intense angles on certain parts of the body.Overall I am beyond happy, it is the perfect replacement for my foam rolling tastes but I like a deep tissue massage/chiropractic work and not everyone does so be warned 🤤 it's been the easiest foam roller to crack my neck when providing traction, along with the usual spots for me that we're getting increasingly difficult to do with my beaten down foam roller.10/10 I'm already getting so much benefit from using this every night it's insane, I forgot how much a high-densitity foam roller really matters!I only wish it was a few inches wider as I'm having to double check if I'm going to fall off when using it on my back, but also I think getting the longer foam roller would solve this issue (which is probably why they made it shorter) 💜

I didn't have super high hopes about this product, I mostly bought it because my back has been killing me and the reviews were good, so I thought it was worth a try. Once it arrived I tried it out and it gave me immediate relief! Specifically, I've had a lot of trouble reaching my mid-back and this device made it easy. Since then I have been experimenting with it, to find the best ways to use it.I have found a couple of areas that I realize now are injured (probably long term) and I found them using this device. One that really surprised me is an area on the outside upper left section of my calf that is extremely tender, but I had no idea it was injured until I rolled over it (the same area on my other leg is fine). I have been gradually working it out over the last few days and now that I'm doing so I realize how much better it feels, although it still has a ways to go. The injury has been there so long I'd just been living with the pain as if it were normal. I'm also gradually working on my sacrum and actually starting to get a little flexibility in my lower back.I would recommend that people start easy and work your way into it. I suspect that if you're not careful you could end up injuring yourself worse if you're working on an area that's already injured, since the roller is so firm your body weight produces a lot of force. That said, it's been working great for me. One of the better purchases I've made in a long time!

This is the most amazing piece of equipment I’ve come across for self myofascial release. I’m a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor and I’ve always believed in stretching and helping tight muscles after a tough workout and I’ve been talking to some of my clients and students about myofascial release and they sort of look at me like I’m crazy for rolling on a foam roller to help with my sore muscles. But it really works! So before I bought this, I had the big black foam roller, I’m talking about the really tough, dense one. I’ve lovingly called it “bruiser” because it’s given me some bruises in the past when I’ve come across a really nasty knot in my leg or shoulder. So I was looking for something that was going to have some give but not too much give. The white rollers really didn’t cut it so when these little beauties showed up on the scene at my gym, I had to inquire about them, I’d never seen them before and after one try, I fell in love. So I went onto Amazon to see if they ran a little bit cheaper (it was horribly expensive at my gym) and saw they were here. I jumped at the opportunity and got it. I LOVE IT. It’s great because it’s small enough where I can throw it into the back of my car and take it with me, even put it in my gym bag. I never seem to be without it anymore. Now don’t think I put “bruiser” off to the side, I still use it for those tough spots when all else fails but “mini” is here to stay.
