Q: Did anyone find that this product left the hair very waxy

I used the dark red and no it didn't leave my hair waxy. I just used it on my part and didn't use very much.

Q: Can I dye my hair over the root cover up product?

I wouldn't: chances that the dye wouldn't penetrate the hair shaft completely because of the substance that is already covering it. Usually you want a clean hair shaft & you want to keep using the same product to avoid chemical conflicts & damage.

Q: Will this brown color spray dye my blonde hair? Need to use for a costume!

No way. Don’t worry about that. It will completely come out when you wash your hair.
