Q: Would it stay on place for at least 10 days?

That probably depends on what you are doing, how active you are. The patch that I cover with this dressing I change every 4-7 days and have no problem with the dressing peeling up. When I use the dressing to cover my patch because I am scuba diving and getting in and out of swimsuits and wet suits, etc then it does start to come up at the edges. But in that case there is a lot of pulling on the skin and exposure to ocean water. In general I have no problems with the patch over a seven day period. Hope this helps.

Q: How secure are these secure when used on joints?

I'm using it on my knee and it performs as promised. I'm pleased with this product.
