Q: Why is amazon not charging suggested retail price, usd 179.99 but rather "collector price" of usd 255,14??

Q: Are the bags numbered?

Yes. Also, for what it's worth, the two buildings are constructed separately (i.e. bags 1 - 5 = building one, 6 - 10 = building two).
