i am really happy with this product. unfortunately it was a main concern for me but my stomach is comfortable now after taking this product. i am enjoying my meals. i am thankful for it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought it because it stated that you would be able to eat anything and it would be easier on your stomach. I have a basically healthy diet but get indigestion frequently and this product actually made me feel worse.

Tried it for a few weeks and noticed a lack of cravings and better digestion without loss of energy so that’s a plus. I’d recommend it. The pills are small and easy to swallow. My tummy is flatter in result of better digestion. I can eat just about anything I desire. It’s amazing!

Anyways, I have IBS (constipation) & I might also have fructose malabsorption, I haven’t ate sugar in 3 days and I am already seeing a huge difference… Anyways, I gave it 3 stars cause I haven’t tried so just based on the label & package but I’ll edit this review in a couple of weeks. Tomorrow I have a party and I plan to take 2 before a meal just to prevent.My symptoms are: extreme bloating, brain fog, constipation, and produce like thick saliva behind my throat.

Let me start by saying I received no free promotions. I actually use these pills and am giving my honest opinion. This is not a fake Review! I am very glad I found these. I am a female and started the dreaded M word and my body is way out of whack. I now have IBS-C, diverticulosis, fructose intolerance and the list goes on. I have been following the Low FODMAP eating plan and was still having some issues after spending so much money on ineffective supplements, probiotics etc. I ran accross these after researching articles on fructose intolerance and what enzymes "may help". I love fruit and a lot of veggies also have fructose, even some veggies that are Low Fodmap. I use 1 or 2 pills right before meals that have serving sizes above the low fodmap limit or meals that have some Hi FODMAPS. I don't bloat near as much and a lot of days not at all. I also don't have as much abdominal and back pain. As 1 of the other reviews said...I can even eat pizza. I love thin crust veggie pizza (2 pills for this meal)! So I think it helps with a lot more than fructose for me. I usually only use 1-2 pills most days because I feel bad spending the money. I bottle lasts me about 45 days. I stopped using probiotics after finding these. I eat PLAIN non-fat greek yogurt for the probiotics 2-3 times a day before or with meals instead and that has helped as well. I hope if your reading this you find what you need for your situation. Everyone is different and Stomach issues are simply the worst! Having to be so careful and afraid of eating the wrong foods, researching and spending money on ineffective supplements is exhausting so finding something that helps is a real treat.

This product is incredible. I take two capsules before lunch. Before taking these capsules, I felt like my stomach was going to explode when I ate certain foods. Now I feel full and my stomach functions properly, without bloating or gas.
