Q: Anyone else having issues with "clean" litter being collected in the tray? Any suggestions or solutions?

If you still get "clean" litter in the removal tray after turning slowly, then check to be sure the grate is in position between the two slots. If the grate is not seated between the slots correctly, it will flip and allow "clean" litter to pass into the collection tray.

Q: Why is the forest green more expensive?

I would like to know the answer to this question also. I mean honestly, was it harder to make the Green colored pans then the other colors? What gives with this crazy pricing around the color of an item and not the quality of the item. Or perhaps that statement is wrong. Are the Green ones much better than the black or tan litter boxes?

I have the same problem. The sliding latches may be loose or not fully locked. The screen might have popped out of the track. The part of the screen that bends over and fits into the bottom of the box, is probably not fitting properly. The only solution I have is to the result not the problem. I have purchased a small rug about the size of a welcome mat ( cheap at Walmart) I place the box on this and when I roll it I roll it on the rug. Makes clean up easier. All you have to do is shake the litter off the rug outside. Not the best solution, but the only alternative is to return it. The reality is that this system is a great idea, just very poorly executed. They need to bolt down the flap on the screen that keeps the litter from pouring out, find a way to keep the screen from popping out of its track, and find a way to keep the sliding latches from getting loose. Then it might work.

Q: Do you have to clean this box? I use a closed litter box with a plastic bag and scooper.Seems like tossing a bag with old litter each week is cleaner

I believe you do have to clean the whole box every now and then because it's not possible to put a liner all around, but as far as for scooping, you only have to empty the clumps compartment. If you end up buying it, I would recommend spraying the walls with non-stick cooking spray to avoid clumps from sticking. :-) Note: I returned mine because litter would fall as I rolled it, but I do know people who like it without having this issue.
