yes, the clear color liquid Dry & Go Drops both dry & polish the nails for a salon finish and it would replace the quick dry top coat.

Q: What happened to Kwik Dry? It had oil in it

In my use of Sally's Complete Salon Manicure Dry & Go Drops, the product seems to have oil in it, but the ingredients are not listed. I find it to be excellent in drying nails, while also lubricating cuticles.
