Q: Love this iron but keep getting brown liquid spotting my clothes. Using boiled water but this keep ousing out. Anyone know why.

I have this problem too, I bought this iron when it was 100 quid around 5yrs ago, I stopped the yellow water by only using ironing water, for the amount it cost back then it was Def the last thing I was expecting on my daughters school shirts.

No the button should not come out at all. It is suppose to just turn to adjust the steam, but not come completely out. If this is becoming a real pain go back to where you purchased it and either have it repaired or replaced. If you are within the 30 days of purchase period then they should do this for you, as the item is not fit for purpose. Otherwise you may have to argue this under the manufacturers guarantee. If they are a deceant store they should help you with this.

Q: Why is it when I iron anything water is constantly coming on to the things I'm ironing ?

Have you got the setting for steaming on. if you don't want steam for the clothes you are ironing cancel the steam button.That is the only thing I can think may be wrong. Otherwise contact the makers. good luck I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi I'm afraid mine is the same, I've descaled it a few times but still no help.I've given the iron a poor review as they aren't up to scratch. Hope you get it sorted sorry about the lack of help.
