Easy to use and accurate.
This is a brilliant tracker. I have a little sausage dog that seems to vanish at times on a walk, this enables me to find her, it has a light and a buzzer built in, with excellent tracking and zooming features. I have ordered a harness with straps for her that this can fit to rather than having it on her collar, it's a chunk to hang there otherwise for her.You need to familiarise yourself with the features. so to make the most of it. and if your dog goes missing you can search quickly and know what to do.The only issue I have had is setting the safety zone, I will play around with it more as could be me being daft.. So pleased I've bought another one for our other dog, they both work via the download app, you can see and choose the dog to view.. Easy to set up via a QR code.. Very pleased with this! 👌👍😁

Get One, they work!
This is a very good product and arrived in less than 24hrs. Its very easy to set up too. We got it for our 14 year old springer ( dont tell him)Still mad as a box of frogs with boundless energy but getting a bit deaf, may be selective. He is ruled by his nose and loves tracking in a very large forest on angelsey. It's worryingwhen he follows trails and we cant find him.Well now we can! and also subscribe for just 1 month .Well done Pawfit company

Works well
I thought mine was broken after 2 months. It wasn't, my dog somehow turned it off on a walk!

You need a good signal.
It works like a charm, we have two dogs who have taken to rabbiting across our farm and this device enables us to keep exact knowledge of their whereabouts. I bought one for a friend and she can’t use it very successfully because of a weak signal

Disappointing
I bought Pawfit trackers for two dogs paid the subscription… however when it came to renewing them… I only renewed one as they had become hard to connect to the base to recharge and lots of faffing around to connect…and days to recharge. I renewed one for another two years and now have more days disconnected than connected or waiting for charging up. I contacted them a few days ago and all they could say was they were out of warranty and I could have a discount to replace one or two of the units with one months discount on subscription! How unhelpful is that bearing in mind my only tracker is offline more than on and I have over a year to go on the subscription!Don’t get caught out!

Excellent Service and Fast Replacement
Had a great experience with PawFit. I needed a replacement device and PawFit team (thanks to Rebecca-Ann) handled it quickly and professionally. Communication was clear and responsive throughout. Really impressed with their service – highly recommend!

Does the job, but the attachment to the collar not good enough
Been using this for a few months on my young spaniel. It works well in that it tracks her movements through the bushes and trees. When I first bought it I was dubious as to how well it would stay attached to the dog's harness, and so it has turned out. It became detached near to home when she was running through some undergrowth. The alarm facility allowed me to find it. The limitations of GPS and it's location in the undergrowth meant I had no chance of finding it without that. The alarm is quite loud and I could hear it from about 100m away. It came detached again on the snow covered slopes of Meall Chuaich, while the dog was on an extended lead, and there it remains. The wind was too loud for the alarm to be heard. That was 5 days ago and the battery is still showing as 30% which is pretty good I suppose. I would recommend securing the device with something like sticky tape, or possibly a heavy elastic band to anyone considering one of these.

Highly recommended
Wonderful tracker. Bought for my rescue dog. Still going strong 2 years later. Excellent tells you miles he’s been and tracks his movements, calories. Easy to find if he runs off.. ( he doesn’t) Thank you.
