Works perfectly and now I only have to carry one crimping tool since it does both 1/2" and 3/4" sleeves.

Tool was sold as a return at a discount price. Go no go gauge was missing which verifies a good sealed crimp. very important part especially if doing water lines in a house or building.I am still not getting paid for my experience. I expect to be paid for my time.

Bought this tool for $85 from my a nearby hardware store and it broke the second time I used it. The top no longer aligns evenly. I heard a pin pop out of it the second day I used it and that was it.On their site, which is buried behind multiple other manufacturers called "Apollo," who also manufacturer hand tools, all forms of communication are broken (email, contact form.) There is no number listed. So there's no customer service.Edit: I found them on Facebook, called the number the Facebook bot told me to call, and the man on the other end was apologetic and sent me a replacement with return shipping so he could see the broken one. Good customer service.
