Dance class

I wear them over my sneakers, centered under the ball of my foot. They work great for line dancing on the wood floor; I do not find them too slippery at all.

I take zumba classes six days a week! This is great for shoes👌 and easy to clean! Don’t forget to take it off after dancing!

I purchased the LAMANTOP Dance Socks because I was taking dance classes at a center that had a horrible floor. I have leather bottom "Shag" dance shoes, but this floor was so bad my shoes wouldn't slide. Once I received my order and I put them over my dance shoes, everything changed. I was able to do spins, turns, pivots and slide without sticking to the floor. My knees are thinking me all the time. I would suggest if you need to slide better, purchase these.

These really do work however please be careful because they can be very slippery! I used them for Zumba and I was afraid of falling. Maybe these are for experienced dancers?
