Baseline 12-0290 Dynamometer, Pneumatic Squeeze Bulb 30 PSI Capacity, No Reset

I wanted a cheaper and more medical alternative the Zona Plus (for high blood pressure - some small studies show squeezing something at 20% your max grip strength for 2 minutes x 4 sets / hand can help lower blood pressure), Didn't want to pay $150 for a fancy toy that essentially does the exact same thing as a basic dynamometer. For my purpose, the Baseline with the reset would be even easier, but I like the low cost of this option. Exactly what I wanted! Bulb might be too small for larger hands?

We bought this tool to try it out and the bulb started leaking right after the return deadline. Would not recommend this company’s take on the tool.
