Y'all, it is a USED WATCH. You need to bring down your expectations. Mine were exceeded because I didn't expect brand new.Quality: I got the excellent condition. Mine was very well packaged. YES, I needed to clean it, as it had some dirt in the screw holes. YES, it has a few scratches on the back that DO NOT affect how well it works. YES, there is a small paint chip on one spot that I already forgot about until I needed to write this review.Charger: charges super fast; I had it plugged in (with the aftermarket magnetic charger it came with) for about 10-15 minutes and it went from 0% to 58%.Watch: it's very light on my wrist. Yes, I can tell I'm wearing it but it's not bothersome. It had a brand new silicone band included that fit my wrist well. I'm not sure the size but I think it's a large, as I have it pretty close to the beginning holes. I can't say how durability is yet, as I've only had it a few hours, but it's withstood my baby puking on it, washing bottles, and changing fluids on my car. I would still suggest a screen protector or case, because none of us want to drop $60-70 just to have it shatter in a week.

I'm so happy that Amazon offers deals like this on used/refurbished electronics, both from an affordability standpoint but also an environmentally conscious one. With that being said, you never know what you are going to get with a used product, but I feel like I won the refurb lottery with this one. Clearly someone ordered it, didn't like the color or something like that and returned it. My watch came in all the original Samsung packaging, factory reset or never set up at all, and with both OEM Samsung chargers with the protective film still in place. The watch itself has no damage that I could detect and looks to be in perfect condition. So if you are thinking about purchasing this watch or another item from Amazon refurbished, don't let that word scare you off, 9 times out of 10 you will get an awesome product, and if you don't you can always return it.Now for the watch itself: Like I said in my title, I love it!! The Samsung Active 2 is THE watch I have been hoping for from Samsung, combining all the great features and app support of previous generations of their smart watches (and new ones ofcourse!) with a smaller more minimalist and more comfortable design. They also added back some features from their OG model that had been missing for a while, such as the speaker/microphone to support taking phone calls from the watch. I won't go point-by-point on all the amazing features the Samsung Active 2 has packed into it, because a quick search on YouTube will offer you tons of review videos that can do a way better job than I can! But in short, I can't really say anything bad about this watch, it is everything I wanted and then some!Regarding battery life: so far I'm getting about 2 days of usage out of one charge, which some may not feel like is a lot, and I agree is less than what I have gotten out of older generations of smart watches and fitness trackers. But when you consider all the "work" that the watch is doing, I feel 2 days is definitely acceptable, and is actually right on par with what was reported on even a brand new Active 2 based on my research!

I expected this to be a renewed item but the quality of the one I received seems it was never renewed or quality checks were skipped/missed. The bezle on this watch has clear cracks in it. This is somewhat acceptable as it was used but one would thing this would be fixed as a renewed item. The worst part about the device is that it's bricked. It's been on the charger for hours now and the only thing that with show up on the screen is pre operating system boot screens. As soon as the boot screen cycle through the watch goes blank and is unresponsive until the power button is held again for 10 second and you get to watch the boot screens again... Just a paper weight. They did send a customer service card with that indicates to call if the product is not satisfactory but the number just goes to a undiscriptive voice mailbox. There is also an email address I will try on this "customer satisfaction" card but my hopes are not high. I have started the Amazon return process but am looking at 14 days before my funds are returned. At this point your better off buying used off Facebook market place or just buying new. I have bought plenty of "renewed" items from Amazon and they have been satisfactory but this feeling like it should have never been shipped out. Very disappointed in this transaction. Also the two charges that come with it are not factory and I am not certain they are actually charging the device effectively. I have a second watched ordered for myself as this one was for my wife and I hope that the experience is not this bad. I will update this review as I get this returned and the other watch comes in. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence and easily resolved.

Some of the features are a bit aged like the dial which requires some getting used to. The battery also depletes by the end of the day though this is a high quality watch for its price.
