Hello, I received this product on November 19th 2023, on the first few weeks with the product I noticed literally no effects, my memory retention was around the same, I felt 0 cognitive benefits, I was highly skeptical of the product, and I felt like it was just some placebo-effect enhancing herb, I began using it anyways, just incase, because I heard that bacupa usually takes months to start taking effect. On January the effects of the bacupa monieri started, I noticed that I wake up feeling energised, and in my classes I was starting to retain key details, suchas in Mathematic, I noticed that I was able to breakdown and challenge complex maths questions, for the first time maths felt easy, I also noticed huge improvements in my learning capabilities, once taught a concept just once, I was easily able to understand whats highly unusual for me as it would takes weeks for me to understand just one concept? Any negatives? Yes, the lack of motivation in the first weeks of using the product is quite difficult to handle, combined with the fact that you get literally 0 effects. The lack of motivation + no effects, means people normally drop this product too early until the cognitive benefits arrive. Luckily as you use it daily, your body slowly adapts to bacupa., and you regain your motivation, but the starting phase of the product is difficult to overcome, thats why I give it a 4

Have been taking for about a month and have noticed a significant difference on my anxiety levels (if you’re the type of person that experiences physical manifestations of anxiety a lot then this is the one to go for). Has also raised my productivity levels and works well with Omega 3 capsules. The flavor is not the best but it’s a herbal product so this is expected. You can remove the residue from the surface of the capsule by wiping it with a clean cloth or paper towel. Peak performance is reached if you drink sufficient amounts of water as well. Strongly recommend for students and professionals alike. :)
