Q: I have fine and freezy and tangled hair. Will this work for me? I need something to detangle and texturize my hair.

My opinion is it's not really a detangler, you'd probably need to use a detangling spray first. This is really for hold and is pretty thick. It works well for defining curls and keeping them frizz-free and neat looking.

Q: Will this weigh down thin/fine hair?

Although I use a tiny amount of this on my wet hair, along with a styling gel from Andalou....when my grey, dry, thin, slightly curly hair dries naturally, I put about an 1/8th a tsp of styling cream in my hands...rub it around and gently just run my hands through my hair...Leaves it looking moist(er) and helps to define the curls better..

Q: Is this a gel or a cream?

It's a light cream, with a fresh orange scent.

Q: Will this help my hair grow thicker and stronger?

The idea is that you leave this conditioner on your hair (don't rinse it out). It's great if you have long hair and want to protect the ends. From what I understand it's not designed to help your hair grow thicker or stronger. It just help your hair stay healthy.
