For a low-carb high protein pasta, it was easy to prepare, and sufficiently tasty.Obviously full carb pasta tastes the best, but when you're trying to be healthy and drop pounds, you got to make some concessions. This is a good way to do it

I was impressed with the product’s description but totally underwhelmed by the taste and consistency once I received it and heated it up. I tried it with butter, vegetables and seasonings but it was still tasteless to me. I gave it a try with high hopes but I can’t, based on my experience with it, recommend it.

Very good substitute for pasta noodles

Surprisingly I liked this product, enough to buy more. I wish the noodles were just a bit more substantial in width and length. They held on to the sauce well, and with a bit of seasoning tasted ok. For a low carb product, this is a good option.

Know what you are getting! This has a taste that, if you're anything like me, and like to cook, will ruin certain dishes, if you expect it to taste like pasta. I had the good fortune of using mine to make a shrimp scampi, and it was a pretty good pairing. It definitely would NOT have been good to make any sort of a spaghetti sauce dish. It would have ruined it. The actual taste is a little like bean sprouts or bamboo shoots. It would go very well in a Chinese style dish or maybe certain soups, seafood dishes, etc.

Work the money to me for a low carb pasta.

Definitely NOT worth the price. It is pretty mushy. No real taste.

This product looked disgusting. It claims to be angel hair it looks like tripe, the noodles were flat and grey . I could not get myself to even try it.
