Q: Does this work with huawei E5783-230

I am using mine on two different Huawei models and it works fine. E5783 says it can use an external antenna so I would say yes this will work but looking at the pictures of your device it looks like it only has one antenna socket so you probably want to buy a single antenna. See what others say though as mine both have two antenna sockets.

Q: Does this work on a R216?

Bought this for a huawei b818 and didn't really see a improvement. Besides getting tangled again in wires, the reception wasn't any better so i ended up putting it into a outside shed and getting a Utp cable unto the house. Works great now.

Q: Are these compatible with a huawei 5g cpe?

It appears to depend on the model. On the CPE Pro 2 there's a flap at the back covering an external antenna port which appears to be the small push-in type rather than the screw-on type, but one reviewer says that the earlier model (CPE Pro) doesn't take an external antenna. The only forum discussing this which I could find is in German and Google Translate doesn't appear to want to translate it for some reason. I would have a look at the back of yours and check if it has the little flap with the sockets inside for these.

Q: How does this connect to the wifi hotspot? i have a huawei e5573cs and the product description says that it works with the e5573.

my Huawei wifi model is E5776s-32, there is a connection to plug in the 90 degree in to it... and it helps a bit...I don't know this model e5573cs if there is available for the antenna like mind.... I hope this help.
