Q: Is the bag resealable?

yes but difficult because reseal portion is very thin. However it is the best cotton ball i have found so that resealable issue does not matter for me.

Nowhere on the bag does it read "organic." Also, in case you missed it in other comments, these are not super jumbo. They are also rolled so tight they are like rocks. That said, the balls do unroll easily and can then be bunched into a decent size ball. It is not preferred, but it is a solution to be utilized until the "great cotton ball shortage" of 2021 comes to an end.
