This product is the absolute best for removing eye makeup! It is truly oil-free. I've had some eye stye issues over the last year and my doctor agrees with my assessment that I most likely clogged some pores using a greasy cold cream for way too many years to remove makeup. When I told my doctor about finding, using Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover, he smiled and said that this is the product that his office recommends! Outstanding!!!! Great Product!

I bought this 10 times before. It was always in perfect condition. Works great! This time it came with the security plastic wrap opened. The liquid isn’t completely full as it usually is. I feel it was either returned and someone opened it. I don’t feel safe using it. Gave 4 stars because the product itself is usually great.
