Bought this item back in Feb 2020. I was not expecting too much of this as I wanted a cheap replacement to a pair of Versa Grips someone had previously stole from my gym bag, thinking if it breaks I'll just buy another pair of VGs. I've used this item on deadlifts leading up to 600lbs and on dumbbells for back rows leading up to 175lbs for reps, and they still have not come apart on me (knock on wood).One thing I like about this item is the velcro strap is long enough to insert into the metal loop, slide your hand in, then tighten the strap to lock it down. I have tried a few other cheap lifting straps similar to this, and the velcro strap was not long enough, making me lay the entire wrist strap on a flat surface, place my hand over said wrist strap, fumble trying to insert the velcro strap into the metal loop, then lock it down. It may seem like nothing to some people, but this can be an annoyance if you have minimal timed rests between sets.So if you don't want to spend the high dollar of Versa Grips, this can be a great alternative for someone who's trying to build his/her gym equipment on a budget.

Overall would buy again. My wrist measures a little over 6.5". I got the standard and seems to run a little large. Same goes for the rubber strap a little longer than other brands that I have used. Haven't really pushed its limits with deadlifts over 300lbs. Barbell rows and shrugs easily handles 225lbs.

Great straps for the price. Almost as good as versa grips but 90% cheaper

All I can say is the grips are a 💯% game changer.. I love them.. They're don't make my hands sweat, they don't get sweaty or smell.. They are very comfortable, easy to put on & take off.. But I do put a tad bit of Vaseline on my hands because the leather will rub against your hand.. I loved them so much I bought two pairs of the grips ♥️♥️♥️♥️

These are perfect for back day. Increased my weight without cramping my hands. Highly recommend.

These lifting straps are a MUST if you want to increase your strength in pullups, deadlift or any other exercise where you grip is the weak chain.
