Q: Will it fir on my penguin 150 without stopping the biowheel from working?

The Penguin 150 has a rectangular shaped intake tube; this has a round hole. You would need to cut it to make it fit, but it won't stop the bio wheel from turning unless it clogs up.

Q: Does this replace the square head at the end of the intake tube or fit over it?

You would take the bottom strainer off of the intake tube and attach this to the tube instead.

Q: Can I use 2 of them at the same time?

On the filter at the same time? No.
