Bought these for a combo of physical therapy (desensitization after partial amputation) and for pain relief. Shipped quickly - thank you Amazon - and kudos to the seller for a very thoughtfully packaged product. In addition to coming in a well-sealed, pouch, the rings and bracelets came with a pouch and additional little loops of wire to store them on. It was a definite step above what. was expecting - your basic plastic bag with everything shoved haphazardly inside - and just a thoughtful, pleasant surprise.The rings themselves are a little small for +7 ring finger sizes, but they still work - I wouldn't advise leaving them on longterm though, save the very tips of your fingers, as they could cause constriction. The bracelet is sized a bit more generously, and could be left on to fidget with. That said, they're spikey and for sensory issues and pain relief, and the first few uses suggest they at least work for sensory issues - any pain relief tends to come from the desensitization, and can take time. I'm a little worried about long-term durability - they seem just a little less sturdy than expected - but I guess that's why ten are included.Overall, a good purchase price point, well-packaged, useful, and there is definitely a sense of care behind the product.

The quality seems good they are an odd thing to use but I have been told they are effective for relieving joint pain in the hands

I really enjoy these except for the fact they separate constantly and you have to connect them into a circle again only for it to come apart a few minutes later- would love to see a less frustrating version!

I have been having really bad anxiety for a couple of days. I saw videos about this online. So I ordered these and got it the next day. I put a ring on one finger and my breathing changed was I confused. I put it on another finger I was even more confused. by the third time I knew this is not right. I changed hands and everything immediately got even worse from one finger. I was really hoping this would work for me seeing the amount of anxiety attacks I have been having. I had watched various videos from different people before getting the rings. For whatever reason it just did not work for me. I guess with all of my episodes and attacks. It never crossed my mind that it would not work. However, it is what it is and hopefully it will work for more people adjust didn’t work for me.The Staples that is close to me is closing and would not take return shipments. So I have been trying to see what other drop off locations I could use. But amazon will not let me see the other locations. I don’t know if it is just this vendor or what?

These are so great at activating a relaxation response in the nervous system. I keep them all over the place (by my computer desk, on the coffee table, in my purse) and will use them while I am watching something on television or waiting for an appointment, etc. They definitely calm a nervous system that is stuck in an anxious state. My teenage daughters love them as well and I often catch them using them. That makes me happy that they are learning to calm their bodies in a healthy way.

Good concept. Definitely feels good when using. But will get a higher quality product next time. Only had a few days and two rings have popped open and had to be thrown away. And the cheap metallic smell stays on my fingers and wrists until washed off. And smell bothers me when using. I should have known better, and realized anything that cheap is junk

Took off one star for that. Although to be fair, I was playing with it *A LOT*, since I was fidgeting with it constantly. Not sure if it was fair to expect it to last that long. Otherwise what else can you say about these simple trinkets? They do their job of constant stimulation for ADHD if that's why you got them you will be satisfied.
