Pound for Pound
I paid around $30 for this knife, had it for three days, bought another one. Punches well above its weight class. This tool is limited, due to size, when it comes to heavier tasks, but a machete is not meant for slicing garlic either. Many different methods of gripping this thing have proven effective for me, it feels good in the hand, sturdy, heavy, solid and with a sort of stylish utilitarian vibe.. didn't come super sharp, not big deal for me, it will need to be sharpened sooner or later anyway. Not much of a bush craft guy but for construction, carpentry, landscaping type of work it is a highly capable bit of gear to keep close. Cuts easily through hose and hard flexible plastic, rips open bags of rock, cement, sand etc over and over. Weight, balance, usefulness, feel.. all top notch for this knife which, is twice as good as any other knife i have ever bought for $30

Comfortable in the hands.
Very good knife and comfortable in the hands. Bought a cold steel recon 1 last year and this one looks more durable even though the much more expansive cold steel used S30V for blade. S30V blade chipped after few use maybe because it was thin (?). If you're not a collector and you're using it for general purpose plus occasional abuse, I think this is a good deal for the price. The Cold steel S30V blade cannot handle too much abuse and it was very hard to re-sharpen. By the way, people complaining about the metal sticking out of the butt of the handle....it's actually a good idea. When you put put a hammer to the butt of the handle, you will not damage the knife too much. Again, overall good for multipurpose use with some abuse. If your hand is too big for the knife, that doesn't mean the knife deserves a "1 Star" rating.

great blade i love it.
Vary happy with my new blade, it has a well ground bevel down too a razor like sharpness tip to the heel. i would like to give it 5☆'s unfortunately the Spine and Belly of the Tang are not within the wooden scales as for the 4 pins or rather 8 points where the pins & scales should be flush only 2 of them are i thought i would like the tang extending out past the scales at the butt, but in reality it just fells like the scales are to short, long story short i need too put two new scales on this knife to make it a fantastic 5☆ fixed blade

Eh
This isn't exactly what I expected the gring wasn't good seems pretty soft for the steel it says it is the wood handles were different lengths could have been finished better I thought the tip was bent that was the worst thing but it is pretty sturdy the sheath was better than the rest imho. I mite try something different next time.

love it!
honestly i love this knife. the tanto style blade is crafted well and i love how thick the blade is. people don’t like this knife because of the handle and i understand why. if your hands are big, then chances are your fourth finger will be gripping metal. luckily for me, i have small hands! all four of my fingers fit well on the handle and it has a good grip. the blade comes razor sharp out of the box and is well protected in its packaging on the way here.

Pleasantly surprised
Rated 5 stars based on price point alone. It's actually a quality handmade tanto style blade, nice thickness, pretty sharp out the box and the handle is beautiful and lines up perfectly. No rough edges on hands. Sheath is decent, not sure how long belt loop will hold up, I'll update after a month of use.

Buy it before it cost more.
I have carried this knife on my last 4 or 5 Bushcraft trips and have been overly impressed at the performance vs price. Edge retention is very good, I read other comments that stated this knife did not hold an edge and maybe there was a forging issue with theirs, but I worked the blade and only light stone work was required afterwards. I had no issue woth the handle size, felt comfortable and easy to maneuver. I did use a stone to take some of the edge off the pommel for comfort. Great for striking a fire steel. Overall its worth well more than the cost. I am an avid collector with over a hundred blades in my collection and this one will continue see it's time in the woods.

Quality blade with a few shortcomings
Blade is thick and a good design overall. However they could make a couple of improvements and take this knife over the top. Adding a hole at the end of the tang and staining the wood black will make it look way better and more functional.
